Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules for using SocialApp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. About SocialApp
SocialApp is a web service for organizing social media accounts and, where supported and authorized, creating, scheduling, publishing, and reviewing content. Features vary by social platform, account type, permissions, and the integrations available at the time.
SocialApp is independent and is not owned by or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social network. Each provider's own terms and policies also apply to your use of its services.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and have authority to use any account, Page, or workspace that you connect. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your SocialApp account and for ensuring that any team member you invite has appropriate access.
3. Connecting social accounts
When you connect a social account, you authorize SocialApp to receive the information and permissions shown in that provider's authorization screen. We use that access to provide the features you request, such as displaying connected accounts, publishing content, or retrieving available post information. We do not ask for or store your social network password.
You can disconnect an account in SocialApp. You can also revoke SocialApp's authorization from the social network. Disconnecting or revoking access may stop publishing, syncing, or other connected features.
Social networks control their own APIs, permissions, review requirements, and availability. A provider may change or limit an integration at any time. SocialApp cannot guarantee that every action, post type, metric, or account will be supported or available.
4. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights to content you submit. You give SocialApp permission to host, process, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to provide the service and carry out actions you request.
You are responsible for your content, publication choices, and compliance with applicable laws and each connected platform's rules. Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for text, images, video, music, and other material you upload or publish.
- Do not use SocialApp to break the law, infringe another person's rights, or bypass a platform's access controls.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to SocialApp or another user's account.
- Do not submit malware, deceptive material, or content you are not authorized to use.
5. Service availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve SocialApp, respond to provider changes, or address security or legal requirements. We aim to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled posts may fail when a provider, account, permission, or network is unavailable; check the destination platform when a publication is important.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SocialApp at any time. We may suspend or deactivate access if needed to protect the service or its users, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms. For information about data deletion, see our Privacy Policy and submit a request through its privacy request form.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SocialApp is provided on an as-available basis, without warranties that the service will meet every need or that third-party platforms will continue to work with it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, SocialApp will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or content removed or actions taken by a third-party platform. These Terms do not exclude liability where applicable law does not allow it.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after revised Terms are posted means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another process.
9. Contact
For questions about these Terms, use the contact form in the SocialApp Privacy Policy. Include that your message concerns the Terms of Service.
